Whether your interest lies in Writing for Wellbeing or Creative Writing, I hope you will enjoy browsing the site and will be inspired to see how reading and writing could help you find a better perspective on the stresses and strains of everyday life, or open the door to your creativity and a world of imagination.  

During the Covid-19 pandemic I am focussing on providing free of charge workshops online for staff in healthcare settings but aim to offer these more widely as the situation eases.
